We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unused and unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include all tags, stickers, and accessories that came with the product.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
